How to learn Reiki.
To learn reiki the student must first find a reiki master teacher to learn from who they feel comfortable with and then they attend a reiki 1 course which is normally taught over a weekend. They will recieve an attunement which is what connects them to the reiki energy and they will then always be able to channel this energy to heal themselves and others even if it has not been used for years it is always there. The attunement is a powerful experience it can feel very gentle and loving, some people see colours, or feel light headed, warmth or cold, tingling while others feel nothing but whatever you feel during an attunment it works just as well. Having the reiki attunement raises your vibration, it begins to clear out lower and negative energys and balance your whole being. Reiki is a wonderful gift for yourself and your growth and healing.
There are 3 attunements for each level, the first Reiki 1 connects you to the energy so you can use it to heal yourself and it is for your personal growth and self healing. The second attunement for Reiki 2 is the practitioner level and teaches you to heal others, it intensifies the healing energy and developes your healing knowledge and skills. The last attunement is Reiki 3 you recieve the master symbol and more advanced healing techniques, you can then go on and learn to attune others to Reiki this is the Reiki Master Teacher level.
Reiki Courses

Reiki 1
This teaches you how to heal yourself, friends and family. You will learn what Reiki is and how it works, the history of Reiki, about chakras and the aura and begin to work with the enegy. There is lots of practical work so you get plenty of practice and so you can feel confident in what you are doing.
The course is over two days and costs £125
Reiki 2
This is held over a weekend and you recieve another attunement which connects you to the sacred Reiki symbols. These add to your healing work and the ways in which you can use the Reiki energy. You learn about the Reiki symbols and how they work, how to send distant healing, perform a mental/emotional healing and learn to work with the symbols. Again there is plenty of practical experience After this course you are able to become a Reiki practitioner.
This weekens costs £175
Reiki Master Practitioner
This is a two day course where you are attuned to the Reiki master symbol, you learn how to work with the master symbol, more healing teqniques including psychic surgery and how to perform a healing attunement. This is held over two days and costs £225
Reiki Master Teacher
This is the final Reiki course and is over two days, you learn how to attune and teach others Reiki.
