Gem Essences
What are Crystal/Gem Essences?
Crystals all have their own special vibrations or energys that can be very powerful and we can work with these energies to help us in many ways. I use them when I am healing and find them very helpful and affective. They can help clear negative energy, bring balance and harmony, relaxation, and fill with healing energies as well as many other things. I have them in my home to fill it with positive energy and love and use I them to help me sleep. There are many different crystals and they all have there own vibration that can interact and work with our own energy, the chakras, aura and physical body to bring in a more positive healthy vibration. They work with all levels of our being, our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical levels to bring balance, healing, health and wellbeing.
How to make a gem essence
To make a Gem essence the crystal or crystals are placed in a bowl of pure water and left in sunlight or moonlight (or both) for at least three hours, the energy of the crystal fills and charges the water with its energy. The water now carries the energy of that crystal or crystals and this is then used to make the gem essence. It is dilluted in a mix of water and brandy which allows the essence to be kept for months, without the brandy it would have to be used within a week. A dropper bottle is filled with the charged mix and it is then ready to take. You just need a few drops under the tounge or in a glass of water every few hours and the energy of the crystal can then start working gently through you. I like to charge all my Gem essences with reiki as the energy of reiki and crystals work very well together and this can sthe gem essences more energy and help them to work more effectively. I sometimes add flowers to my essences as they have a wonderful energy and work in the same way adding their benificial energies to the water.
